Refunds for goods
The return of quality goods shall be carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade and the Rules of Retail Trade themselves, the provisions of Article 6.228(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania ("The Consumer shall be entitled to withdraw from the distance contract or the off-premises contract, except for the exceptions provided for in Paragraph (2) of this Article, within fourteen days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those set out in Article 6.22811 of the present Code, without having to specify the reason. In the event that the Consumer concludes a contract of sale (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) by means of communication only (distance contract) and is therefore unable to exercise the statutory right to inspect the goods and assess their suitability prior to the conclusion of the Contract, the Consumer shall have the right to withdraw from the Contract of sale by notifying the Seller in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. If the Buyer has purchased several Goods under one Contract, the Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from all the Goods purchased under one Contract or from only some of the Goods purchased under one Contract. The period of 14 (fourteen) days for the written request shall start to run from the date of delivery of the goods(s) to the Buyer or his authorised representative and shall not be extended or in any way linked to the transfer or return of the goods to the Seller or to any other person for any reason beyond the control of the Seller.
Quality goods purchased may be returned within 14 days if:
The returned goods are in their original packaging in good condition;
The product is unused and undamaged;
The product is in good condition (no damaged labels, protective films, bags, etc.);
The returned product is in full working order with all the documentation supplied by the manufacturer;
The product must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and the warranty card (if issued).
The Shop guarantees that all Goods comply with the standards set by the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, or in the absence of standards, with the requirements for the sale of Goods in retail or wholesale trade. All goods sold are in a merchantable condition and their packaging is undamaged and neatly packed.
The Buyer understands that the goods in the Shop may not fully correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the display characteristics of the computer or other smart device used by the Buyer, and the Shop shall not be liable for such discrepancies.
Return of quality goods

You can return quality goods within 14 days if:
The returned product is in its original, neat and tidy packaging;
The product is unused and undamaged;
The product is in good condition (labels intact, protective films, bags, etc.);
The returned product is in full working order with all the documentation supplied by the manufacturer;
The product must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and the warranty card (if issued).
Quality goods cannot be returned if they are:
Goods which have been manufactured to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously customised for the Buyer, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer after they have been delivered to the Buyer, due to the loss of merchantable qualities, perishability or expiry date;
in other cases where the contract of sale cannot be withdrawn under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

When returning quality goods, the buyer is responsible for:

Return of the goods by registered parcel to our address above
We may refuse to accept the return of the goods if there have been any changes to the appearance of the goods or the packaging that were not necessary to inspect the goods, including damaged labels, torn protective films and damage to the transparent packaging that would not interfere with the exercise of the right of inspection.
When returning quality goods, the Buyer will be liable for all transport costs associated with their return.
Returning a product if you have purchased a low quality product
The return of goods in case of purchase of low-quality goods and in other cases, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.363(7)) and the Government Resolution of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of the Retail Trade Rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves. In the event that the reason for returning the goods is the purchase of goods of inadequate quality, we shall be obliged to replace the goods of inadequate quality with goods of adequate quality at our own expense or to reimburse the money paid for the goods, where the goods are of an inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer, i.e. where there are no identified irregularities caused by the buyer's improper use, damages, unreplaced parts, the serial number of the purchased goods is the same as that of the goods to be returned, and the like.
Warranty
Pursuant to Article 6.363(1)(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the seller shall be liable for defects in the item which become apparent within two years from the date of delivery of the item, unless a longer period is provided for by law or contract. The buyer's rights under this Article are subject to a two-year limitation period.
Final provisions:
These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
These Conditions and the relationship between the Parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
Laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes arising out of the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Parties shall be excused from the performance of their obligations under these Terms and Conditions if they cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force major).
Refunds for services

All classes must be paid upfront and in full
For a private classes a 50% deposit will be required upon acceptance of the offer.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, i.e. six people, the training will be rescheduled to another date, subject to prior agreement with the participants.
We have a strict policy of no refunds for events. We will work with you to find a time that works best for you, based on your schedule. We also ensure the highest quality of service by having only experienced and qualified instructors on our team.
You must sign a waiver of liability before you start any training.
Please note that all information and digital materials are the property of "Downrange" and the use of our data is prohibited without "Downrange" express permission.
Medical support services are provided by separate contract only by agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider.
All consultations are free of charge and are subject to prior agreement. We prefer to provide counselling only in a face-to-face meeting, and if this is not possible, counselling can be provided by telephone or other means of communication.
